At MetalGardenPlanters, each item is handmade to order, ensuring a unique, high-quality finish.

Processing & Dispatch Times

• Standard items are typically manufactured and dispatched within 7 working days.
• During busy periods, this may extend to up to 21 working days.
• Custom orders are usually completed and dispatched within 14 working days, unless otherwise agreed.

You will be notified if there are any unexpected delays.

Shipping Methods
All orders are shipped using a tracked courier service, typically via Royal Mail or Parcelforce, depending on the size and weight of the item.

Delivery Times
Delivery times will vary depending on your location and the courier used, but tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched so you can monitor its progress.
