1. Overview
This website is operated by Fab-Linc Ltd, trading as MetalGardenPlanters. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to MetalGardenPlanters. By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Products
All of our products are handmade to order using recycled and repurposed materials. As a result, each item is unique and may show minor variations, marks, scratches, or imperfections. These are not considered faults but form part of the character and individuality of each piece.

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible, but colours, finishes, and textures may vary slightly due to screen settings and the handmade nature of our items.

3. Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

As items are made to order, production will begin once your order is confirmed.

4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are calculated at checkout.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

5. Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within the stated timeframe, but as all items are handmade, delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or events outside our control.

6. Returns and Refunds
Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.

However, under UK consumer law, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if your item is faulty or damaged in transit.

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographic evidence. We will then arrange a suitable resolution.

7. Right to Cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, made-to-order or personalised items are exempt from the standard 14-day cancellation period. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept this.

8. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fab-Linc Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits your statutory rights.

9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including images, text, and design, is the property of Fab-Linc Ltd trading as MetalGardenPlanters and may not be used without permission.

10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting on the website.

11. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
